CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

Accident Solution Dartford

This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which Accident Solution Dartford provides services to you (“the Client”).

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Our Services

Accident Solution Dartford may provide the following services, depending on your needs:

  • Vehicle recovery and transportation

  • Secure vehicle storage

  • Replacement / hire vehicles (including PCO vehicles where applicable)

  • Accident and claims support

  • Liaison with insurers, solicitors, and third-party service providers

  • Administrative support relating to your vehicle or accident

Specific services will be agreed with you at the time of booking or instruction.


2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your vehicle, accident, and insurance

  • Supply required documents (driving licence, insurance details, ID, etc.)

  • Inform us immediately of any changes affecting your service

  • Use any hire or replacement vehicle lawfully and responsibly

  • Comply with road traffic laws and insurance requirements

You remain responsible for any fines, penalties, or damage caused due to misuse of a vehicle.


3. Authority to Act

You authorise Accident Solution Dartford to:

  • Communicate with insurers, solicitors, recovery agents, storage providers, and related parties

  • Share necessary information to arrange services on your behalf

  • Assist with claims-related administration where requested

We do not provide legal advice unless expressly agreed in writing.


4. Fees & Payments

  • Charges for services will be explained before work begins where possible

  • Some services may be recoverable from insurers or third parties

  • Where charges are not covered, you agree to pay all applicable fees

  • Storage and hire charges may apply daily or weekly

  • Late payments may incur additional charges


5. Vehicle Hire / Replacement Terms

If a replacement vehicle is provided:

  • The vehicle must only be driven by authorised drivers

  • The vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition

  • You are responsible for fuel, fines, and misuse

  • Smoking, illegal activity, or reckless driving may result in immediate termination of the service


6. Storage Services

Where we store your vehicle:

  • Reasonable care will be taken to protect it

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

  • Uncollected vehicles may incur ongoing storage fees

  • We may exercise legal rights if storage fees remain unpaid


7. Liability

  • We provide services with reasonable care and skill

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, insurers, or circumstances beyond our control

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses

  • Nothing excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded


8. Data Protection

We process personal data in line with UK data protection law. Your information may be shared with relevant service providers to deliver services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.


9. Cancellations

  • Services may be cancelled by agreement

  • Charges may apply for services already provided

  • Vehicle hire cancellations may be subject to notice requirements


10. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.


11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
